Cortex — Industrial IoT Platform
Cortex is a modular, edge-AI predictive maintenance platform that continuously monitors the condition of electrical distribution equipment and rotating machinery in industrial facilities.

A loosening terminal or rising contact resistance produces a measurable gas and thermal signature weeks before it becomes a fire. A bearing defect in a CNC spindle appears in the vibration spectrum long before it marks the workpiece. The problem is not that these signs are absent — it is that nobody is watching continuously.
An unnoticed hot spot in an electrical panel means production downtime, equipment loss and a risk to life. ArcFire Sense catches that chain at the outgassing signature, before any smoke forms.
A bearing or spindle failure turns into an unplanned stop and days of lost production. Vibro and VibroPro Sense measure the early-stage spectral signature weeks ahead.
Outgassing in battery rooms, inadequate ventilation in server rooms, carbon monoxide in generator cabinets — AirQuality Sense tracks all of it with measured data instead of assumptions.
Cortex has three layers. Measurement happens in the field, the decision is made at the edge, and the cloud learns at fleet scale.
Sense probes are mounted inside the panel or on the machine, measuring gas, thermal, vibration and air quality channels. Signal processing begins on the probe itself.
Sense probes →The IQ Panel collects data from every probe over the CAN-FD field bus, time-synchronises it and processes it on an embedded AI engine to produce a risk score. This step needs no cloud connection.

Every panel and machine is evaluated against its own reference signature. Equipment with different load and speed characteristics does not need thresholds defined one by one.
The galvanically isolated CAN-FD field bus is a daisy chain. A single cable run serves every probe in a panel or along a machine line.
Connects directly to SCADA, MES and ERP systems over Modbus TCP/RTU and MQTT/TLS. Every probe type reports into a single consistent register model.
